Tailored for the needs of the client, this half-day course provides managers, front-of-house/reception and in-house security personnel insight into the methodology of hostile reconnaissance and wider security awareness. This interactive course includes:

• Identifying security vulnerabilities via a hostile mindset exercise

• Identifying unusual or suspicious activity

• Principles of staying safe

• Understanding the process of escalation and/or reporting - in line with the clients current policy
